Liberating Estates helps residents take control of estate management companies and either run them better or, if possible, close them down.

 

We have set up this company as we lived on an estate with a “Fleecehold” estate management company. After years of ever increasing charges and terrible and often aggressive service we decided to take action.

 

We have gone through the process to take control of the management company and terminate the existing property manager. We have also lobbied our local council and negotiated a deal to allow us to close the estate management company down and remove the restrictions on owners title deeds.
